Affirmations

Below are affirmations.  Over the years, I have collected these quotes for my own growth and inspiration, and now I share them with others.  The authors of many of them are unknown to me.  May they bless you as they have me!

Using Affirmations
 Affirmation  Affirmation Affirmation Affirmation Affirmation
Affirmations are positive statements that remind us how special we are.
By choosing an affirmation you want to believe, and repeating it several times a day, you begin to integrate it into your consciousness.  Try it!
1.  Write down a positive statement that you would really like to believe about yourself on a card (3"x 5" or smaller), such as "I am a loveable and loving person".  You may choose one of the affirmations from the slide show link below, or you may want to write one of your own.

2. Then place that card where you will see it several times a day -- in your pocket, on your computer monitor, in a book you are reading, on the bathroom mirror, in your drawer, on your car visor, in your sack lunch, on your refrigerator, next to your bed, by the phone....

3.  Every time you see that card, read it out loud with enthusiasm as if you truly believe it, even if you don't right now.
